The household-displacement survey is a study conducted by the Guadeloupe region. This study is conducted as part of the work of the Regional Transport Observatory, including the Guadeloupe Region, ADEME and DEAL. In order to respond to the need for knowledge of travel within the department and in order to implement concerted and effective public transport policies, the Guadeloupe Region has decided to carry out a Ménages-Displacements survey throughout the country. This survey will collect and update knowledge elements and learn from the main results. The Guadeloupe Region has partnered with ADEME, DEAL and CEREMA to carry out this survey on population mobility behaviours.
