The operation consists of the implementation of a “Youth Vocational Training Programme — pfpj” aimed at young jobseekers without qualifications. These are graduate and professional actions aimed at young people who are enrolled in the local mission or as a job seeker without distinction of duration The training offered by this programme respects the five strategic sectors identified as a carrier in Martinique, namely: tourism, construction, agriculture, crafts, sea, sustainable development, digital, social and solidarity economy. This operation shall be implemented by means of a public procurement procedure. All the components of the contract were provided by the requesting department: Business consultation file, CCAP, CCTP, Tender Specifications, Act of Commitment has been provided or made available by the project leader. 835 young people are concerned: 450 for graduate courses and 385 for professional actions for a total of 1 125 005 hours/trainees
