The grant concerns the establishment of a real engineering within the municipal services necessary for the success of the planning projects for the economic and tourist development of the city. This programme begins with the recruitment of an experienced engineer and secretary who will strengthen the existing capacity for action in the municipality with the creation of a development hub dedicated to 100 % of the administrative and financial follow-up of European grant applications.
