Implementation of a “Cancer Data Hub” for the exploitation of health data in Canc&rology and Hematology: Interest in data-visualisation and modelling of health pathways

The most appropriate response to island regions in the outermost regions, where health pathways are complex pathways, is a digital health organisation, where each actor is connected and contributes to an added value chain. It is an integrated management of remote health and the corollary of education and training programmes adapted to our ecosystem. The implementation of an innovative collaborative e-health (E-health) and e-learning platform is part of the implementation of a comprehensive health offer and represents the most appropriate response to the outermost regions where health pathways are complex. Through dedicated interconnected interfaces and an integrated database system, it will provide unique, high-quality interactive experience and coaching for all healthcare professionals involved, patients, their loved ones and regional authorities. Each actor will contribute to the implementation of a value chain, whose architecture will guarantee the quality and safety of integrated medical management.
