the realisation of this project, a 52 MW boiler room and a heat network associated with this boiler house carries several added values and at the same time takes into account the horizontal principles of sustainable development of the European Union. _x000D_once set up, the boiler room will ensure:_x000D_- the reduction of CO2 emissions;_x000D_- eligibility for a reduced VAT rate of 5.5 %_x000D_- a significant reduction in the energy bill for subscribers and a supply of local and sustainable wood, allowing distance control by promoting regional wood fillers and respecting the environment by using more than 60 % of the PEFCE/FSC certified forest platelets.
