These staff work at departmental and local level in order to develop projects to coordinate and facilitate the offer for inclusion. They guarantee the quality of the Department’s offer of integration by monitoring the existing ones (guarantee of procedures relevance action, financial monitoring, coordination, animation of the partnership...) but also by developing this offer by analysing the evolution of the needs, the projects presented. They shall intervene in particular to: * d’Animer and develop a network of partners (Pôle emploi, the associative fabric, the structures of the IAE, the local authorities...). The action of the staff consists of mobilising a large parteneriat around the needs identified in their intervention territory. This animation is carried out by organising meetings (themes identified, agenda, animation...) at their initiative but also at the request of the partners, in particular in the framework of monitoring and steering bodies. * to evaluate the offer of inclusion qualitatively and quantitatively * to develop and renew the offer of inclusion, in particular by ensuring that it responds to emerging needs * to coordinate and develop local and departmental integration actions * to mobilise actors * to guarantee the objectives of the integration policy of the department * to provide methodological support for the construction of projects * to ensure a role of expertise and to be able to propose different strategic choices * to ensure the proper use of departmental public finances In this way, they participate in bodies for the development and monitoring of mechanisms and actions (e.g. RSAIL commissions, COPIL commissions, etc.).
