The project presented is aimed at the employment and support of young people under the age of 26 in the labour market mainly in the construction and related trades sector or in activities whose trades are cross-cutting (wood, mining, transport). To support major projects and spatial planning in the western Guyanese basin, the proposed operation aims to extend to these territories with the deployment of GEIQ BTP’s resource expertise to train coordinators from the basins concerned. The operation will benefit young people under the age of 26 at all relevant qualification levels, from level VI to level I. will enter the operation: * All active employees under 26 years of age of the GEIQ BTP GUYANE in post as at 01/01/2017, * Priorityly those identified as participants in the future job operation funded by the ESF IEJ completed on 31/12/2016. * Including those less than 26 years old outside the above scheme, all types of employment contracts under ordinary law or assisted contracts, more specifically those in professionalisation contracts under CAE CAE CIE Starter, etc. * All potential candidates under 26 years of age and jobseekers registered in GEIQ BTP GUYANE as at 01/01/2017 requiring the financing of actions promoting their employability upstream of the employment contract * All new occupations registered in GEIQ BTP Guyana after 31/12/2016 positioned on a job offer * All new employees of the GEIQ BTP GUYANE are less likely to be employed in the new employees of the company responsible for the year 2017 * Organisation of recruitment projects alternating training and period of employment **on the coast and west of Guyana for all construction projects and major construction sites.** * Promotion of the sector to the public in difficulty under 26 years of age, the search for profiles and the support of candidates towards employability in the light of the requirements of the application * Employment through: internship, immersion, work contract on alternating paths training and company * Socio-professional support throughout the GEIQ course: sustainability of sustainable employment, support for young people in western Guyana * socio-professional support through cultural and heritage discovery and artistic and sporting practices, as a factor for development and learning * Supporting the exit of the GEIQ career for job search The aim is to accompany all motivated participants to learn a trade within the BTP sector, whether in support, tertiary or production professions, from maneuvers to management. The training paths involved will tend to be qualified or graduate based on the offer of the territory and the participant’s ability to acquire the apprenticeships. It is important to position the participant as best as possible on training adapted to his or her level so that he does not fail again, as he has often been in the initial training. The content of the missions under the main axes is as follows: * Organisation and transformation of recruitment projects alternating training and periods in companies -definition of the profile sought * Promotion of the sector, the search for profiles and the support of candidates towards employability in relation to the requirements of the application -the processing of the recruitment order of the participating employer to the various prescribing bodies and the IAE network -the processing of the member employer’s order by means of external communication of the posts to be filled by all means and support: Forum, collective information, radio, etc. \- the selection of candidates: the number of candidates on whom we conduct intensive recruitment interviews with tests and evaluations is estimated at 3 for a successful candidate (recruitment) \- interview conducted by the Recruitment Coordinators, or external professionals, \- provision of interventions by professionals social workers or integration: specialised educators, occupational psychologists, etc.; \- test and evaluation carried out by the GEIQ or subcontracted to professionals: recruitment firm, training centre, etc. \- organisation of internships, immersion, in companies to support the professional project \- make (re) discover the conditions of employment (times, instructions...), to reconnect with the world of the company and its constraints. \- the development and financing **of training actions or themathematic workshop
