This project consists of the training, as part of the construction of a public work of social utility, of persons wishing to enter the profession in the field of the development of spaces in a natural environment, and, who do not have the skills required for their employability, thus a life-sized support used to remobilise and qualify people in difficulty for their social and sustainable integration. Three separate actions have been planned to achieve this: * **I/Training participants** * **II/ASP** * **III/Production: the realisation of a coastal path** An insertion site workshop is proposed for the training of people, but also to give a social dimension to the project entitled “creation of a coastal trail in the south-west of Martinique” a new tourist product. A choice that is explained by the fact that through this there is a demonstrated desire to get out of the immediately employable trainees. Theoretical training finds its application instantly in the field, with practical situations, without stress taking into account learning conditions adapted to each individual. The AIT has the advantage of offering participants, a whole range of tasks and work to be carried out in the development of natural areas, to be confronted with the difficulties and requirements of the profession, and to assess situations, the reflections carried out and the decisions taken to advance, to have the level of know-how required to achieve results according to the rules of the art. among other things, the timetables for theoretical training and fieldwork, respect for hierarchy, technical supervision, instructions given in order to prepare them to better understand the world of work and its expectations. Moreover, social support as an integral part of the AIT should remove the barriers that would hinder the training and remobilisation of participants. In addition, the ASP, which pays the participants’ remuneration, offers the benefit to the project bearer to pay monthly a salary to the participants in return for work provided on the basis of their attendance.
