This project takes the form of ** intensive support to and in employment, until integration into a company or in training** is consolidated, implemented by a counsellor dedicated to supporting young people. **The upstream and the endorsement of intensive support towards employment or training are an integral part of the action.** It provides for the following phases _:_ * Detection of candidates for support; * Diagnosis; * The job review, the job search strategy and the definition of the action plan; * The implementation of the action plan; * Follow-up in employment or training. The dedicated adviser will be able to modulate these phases and their content according to the needs of each job seeker followed in the context of intensive youth support. This intensive support will be mainly individualised, with collective phases, and of a maximum duration of 6 months. The duration can be extended in order to secure the period of integration in a company or in training. This extension may not exceed two months.
