The action is a steering and overall coordination of integration actions aimed at supporting the emergence of initiatives for inclusion in the Community, coordination and mobilisation of the actors and partners of the public employment service in order to co-build coherent integration pathways: Aid for the setting up of vocational integration projects Actions to raise awareness and support the structures of the IAE Actions to discover occupations in tension in the basin and on the metropolis, action to mobilise economic circles on the knowledge of their needs and the adaptability of the actions/trainings. Professionalisation of EIA stakeholders, in particular with regard to the recruitment of employees into integration in order to optimise exits into sustainable employment.
