The aim is to create a social and professional integration support system for people far from employment, while enabling them to access a contract of employment in the field of second-work building or cleaning through the integration site. The activity of the Chantier Ecole is the 2nd building and the cleaning. It is oriented towards the renovation of apartments and houses and more particularly the rehabilitation of dwellings. \- ACI Batiment Second Work and Termination Cleaning: the system aimed at people far away from employment seems essential to us to put in place an action that will enable familiarisation with the world of work today. Moreover, since each participant is linked to the scheme through a contract of employment, the success of their support depends on their successful integration into the AIT, an essential step in order to claim a sustainable return to employment. A team of eight technical supervisors, coordinated by the workshop manager, is present daily on site. These will accompany the employees in their adaptation to the world of work (respect of timetables, safety rules, equipment, etc.), will allow the acquisition of know-being and know-how, will evaluate and formalise the skills acquired throughout the employee’s career,... This device aims to support 60 people active from January to August and 80 people from September to December each of them will benefit: \- an integration contract on the school site of our structure \- individual and reinforced socio-professional support \- a personalised training plan \- learning know-how and acquiring experience in building and cleaning The persons recruited will have to meet one of the following criteria: * Remoteness from employment; * Registration in the Employment Department, the local mission or the EMF; * Follow-up by a referent (RSA or PLIE) The enhanced individual support, provided by the socio-professional referent of the device, will have the dual ambition of: * Contribute to the removal of the obstacles caused by social problems * To ensure support towards the participant’s sustainable employment (immersion period, positioning in training,...) For this, several stages are defined to constitute the pathway: * Draw up, together with the beneficiary, the diagnosis of his/her situation, clearly identify his needs and define with him his/her professional project. * Set up, together with the beneficiary, an individualised action plan to remove obstacles to employment and training The socio-professional referent, in order to establish coherent and reinforced support for all beneficiaries, organises at least two contacts per month with each of them (meeting or telephone contact) In order to promote access to employment or training, partnership meetings will be organised regularly with the prescribing bodies either in combination with the system or in a technical committee The aim of his meetings is to: * Take stock of developments in the situation of ACI employees, * Make renewal requests, * take stock of the progress and obstacles encountered by the beneficiaries of the scheme, * take stock of the training courses * take stock of the participants’ ownership of the device * take stock of the current offers within the framework of the insertion clauses in order to position potential employees at the school site interested in the proposed position. * Inform recruitments about the scheme * Exchange local labour market news
