In the light of the various findings, the strategic orientations of the PLIE are set around five main axes aimed at: **1\. Offering accompaniment and pathways adapted to the needs of the public in our territory** With unemployment increasing for several years, the population in poverty is increasing from year to year. At the same time, local employment statistics continue to count unfilled jobs in the southern region, including low-skilled jobs. By structuring a gradual integration approach including an important phase in the identification of situations, the South Space PLIE will be able to take more and better account of those who are furthest away from employment. The aim is to enable greater involvement of the impoverished public to engage in a professionalisation process. To do this, we need to propose a pluralistic offer to support and better take care of the diversity of potential participants in the territory, by: \-Strengthening dialogue, communication and partnership to make the action of the PLIE more readable among the Elus, the institutions, the economic actors and the target population. \- Qualifying the function of individualised support for those who are very remote from employment in order to increase the number of people in care \- Mobilising community actors more strongly so as to identify and motivate people with institutional breakdown to reintegrate themselves into an integration process. **Develop an offer of services adapted to facilitate the removal of barriers to employment while supporting the development of new activities of solidarity economy to satisfy them** Before the actual commitment of the course, each participant will be necessarily oriented towards a diagnostic platform. This platform will involve multidisciplinary stakeholders (assessment of skills and abilities, “ludic” assessment of basic foundations, assessment of the personal situation (job defects), psychological assessment, health check-up, etc.). At the end of the session, an individual track record will be drawn up. This booklet will not include health and psychological data. It will be fed online by each operator of the route, under the responsibility of the route manager and/or the travelling facilitator attached to the “bus Plus”. It must contain all the information relevant to the definition of the professional project and job search of the participant, so as to facilitate and simplify the connection. On the basis of the knowledge of the individual situations of the participants on the journey, the PLIE team mobilises its resources, resources, skills and partners to develop and implement actions adapted to the needs of sufficiency and within a time frame consistent with the progress of the various stages. The main tasks covered by this programming to achieve this challenge are: \- Contribute to coordinating the management of the supply of services by actively participating in the creation of a basis for collecting existing needs and services \- Develop information and conditions for access to vacancies in favour of removing barriers to employment and offer integration professionals a platform for access to rights \- strengthen, qualify and systematise an in-depth diagnosis at the start of the journey to take into account, as far upstream as possible, the peripheral difficulties of returning to employment **Adapter and developing the training offer to promote the reactivation of basic foundations** With a very high proportion of the target public at the school level, it is not possible to achieve a low level of educational attainment or to improve the training offer to encourage the reactivation of basic basics** To achieve this, the proposed approach is envisaged as follows: \- Use the digital tool as a vehicle for training by offering interactive and reconciling tools with the pedagogical system \- Improving professional skills and skills by initiating permanent and continuous assessment workshops and methods \- Adapt and initiate training related to the local job offer by first promoting the hiring criteria of local companies **Developing and diversifying the offer of insertion** We will, through this programming, focus on embedding the PLIE in a genuine process of unifying and mobilising the major projects and needs of the territory, in order to generate new opportunities for professional integration. To this end, the aim is to contribute actively to: \- Identify and identify the appropriate sectors to be captured in order to develop an attractive insertion offer and
