The operation consists of a workshop for the integration of craftsmanship in order to set up a range of craft products, according to a design marked with a strong identity imprint of Martinique. This production is backed up by a training programme for 15 people in difficulty all employed in integration. 11 women make up the group of 15 participants. The first is to highlight their talents manually and then introduce digital support to increase the quality of products and the profitability of the business.
