The beneficiaries are employees under a single contract for the integration of the Department or of one of the partner associations: Glaive (_Groupement de Lutte Anti-Vectorial, Insertion and Environmental Valorisation_), ADIVEP (_Association for the Development of Insertion and the Valorisation of the Environment and Heritage_) or ADIPE (_Association Départementale d’Insertion et de Preservation de l’Environnement_). Where necessary, employers use various specialised organisations to provide personalised training or individual support. It is within this framework that the NFB intervenes by exercising the responsibilities related to the management and engineering of the program: \- technical and financial definition, location of work \- distribution of teams \- participation in job interviews \- transmissions of certain administrative requests (convocations, accidents at work, etc.) \- logistics of construction sites (lease of transport vehicles, purchase of materials and materials) \- equipment of staff (tools, clothing, safety clothing) \- supervision provided by workers specially trained in this function \- organisation and monitoring of sites \- drawing-up of site records for administrative follow-up \- participation in meetings
