The project consists of two actions: * Enhanced support towards the effective integration of jobseekers under 30 years of age who are beneficiaries of the employment obligation (Deboe), and the monitoring of employers and employees in assisted jobs * Action to prepare for the active integration of Deboe with a long period of inactivity Each of these actions includes both individual and/or collective support arrangements and is aimed at two different audiences, but which have in common to have already a defined professional project and, to be directly positionable in employment. These actions are structured as follows: * Build funding files. * Financial engineering, editing and writing of charters, greeting booklet, diagnostic, group formation and workshops. * Implementation of the action involving specific individual and group support. It will include a part of the development and validation of a professional project as well as assistance in accessing training. * Mobilisation of measures and means facilitating access to employment and/or access to training. * Stocktaking of the action. These actions reinforce the tasks covered by CAP EMPLOI’s service offer, by constituting an additional stage of support, aimed at removing all the obstacles and optimising opportunities with a view to effective integration. Concretely, they will see the implementation of the following actions: * Individual and/or group support measures for jobseekers who are eligible for employment under the age of 30, * Conducting in-depth diagnostics, * Preparation, validation, professional project * Conducting job search and job preparation workshops * Monitoring in the job * Preparation of summaries at each stage of the journey
