The project consists of bringing courses in French as a foreign language (FLE) aimed at professionals to a public in difficulty, mostly from the priority neighbourhoods of the City Policy. This language training is provided to 7 groups geographically distributed in accordance with the QPV. Each group is located on a geographical lot which brings together one or more QPVs, so that the entire Eurometropole territory is covered and that the public can find a course as close as possible to their accommodation (1 geographical lot = 1 group of learners). The training covers the usual vocabulary of job search and the business world. It focuses on apprenticeships for an objective of access to employment or training. The courses will be based in particular on the analysis of the vocabulary of job vacancies; CV and motivation letter; as well as on vocabulary related to trades and professional projects. Job Search Techniques, especially through digital tools, can be used as an educational medium for courses but not as an end in itself. Individual coaching and immersion periods are offered to trainees, in particular in order to enable them to deepen their professional project. For effective learning within the groups, a language positioning is carried out prior to the participant’s orientation towards the language training group closest to his/her accommodation. It is then analysed for each participant, his linguistic level and the relevance of the training in his/her career path. This level will be re-assessed at the end of the training.
