Born out of a partnership approach involving government departments, employers’ organisations, consular chambers and public employment service operators, the Business and Alternance Single Window is intended to be a point of contact for companies with needs and plans to recruit staff. The creation of a one-stop shop aims to strengthen the services provided to businesses, in particular on improving the conditions for access to public support for hiring and the development of alternance; to meet the information and guidance needs of the manager and to accompany him in the completion of the formalities associated with hiring and alternating. The One Window will carry out a series of procedures for which the contractor had to address several organisations. It then becomes a unique place for information, guidance and assistance for any question or problem involving hiring and alternation. The State and the partners have entrusted the CCIM with the setting up of the One Stop Shop Entreprise Alternance and its management. The unifying actions of the Guea are structured around 5 missions: * Reception of companies and analysis of their needs; * Information on existing aids and services * Guidance of enterprises to state services, dedicated operators according to specific problems (Employment Pole, Cap Emploi, DIECCTE, CGSS,...) * Contact with job operators for any search of candidates * Follow-up of the company until the end of the trial period. The State, in consultation with the operators, has drawn up a specification on which the CCIM must rely in order to set up the counter. These specifications specify: * Guea missions, * Guea relations and prescribing partners, * Guea accessibility, * promotion of Guea, * Guea steering. An agreement was signed between the State and the project partners for a period of 2 years, renewable by tacit renewal after evaluation.
