__ This is a local development action. Use the resources of the territory to create the conditions for its sustainable and inclusive development. (Preserving the environment and traditional practices, promoting the values of solidarity needed in the rural world, creating wealth by exploiting land for food and market agricultural production). The action preserves and develops a disappearing activity by introducing job seekers from the North Caribbean to agricultural occupations. The goal is to make North Caribbean an agricultural area with new and skilled forces to take over the torch. The operation consists of training and professionalising unskilled jobseekers in agriculture. After the operation, the people will have had two years of practice and have improved in the trades of agricultural workers, workers in green areas, farmers, agritourism and administrative management; they will be able to promote a professional experience of Maraicher and technician in green space and thus improve their chances of positioning themselves in the agricultural sector, they will also be able to start a qualification cycle for those who wish to do so (CAPA, BPA, BP Horticole, BP REA). The support for this action is the practice of lasotee, a special technique of working in the pentute spaces we know in the Caribbean North. It is for this reason that we have chosen the AIT method (developing a territory, training and professionalising people, putting people in the position of worker. Objectives of the action: The General Objectives of the Integration Site * To transmit traditional and cultural know-how on the agricultural level, by creating a network of mutual assistance, solidarity and mutualisation of the means of production (both material and human). This is above all the founding principle of LASOTE and all other types of mutual assistance. * Enhancing the farmer’s job through the integration site workshop * Ensuring the necessary upgrade to bring multi-purpose employees to a CAPA, BPA or BP with the support of CFPPA’s training skills and the Lycée de Croix-Rivail. * By providing them with the necessary logistics for their installation, if they so wish. * Training in animation techniques to create agritourism products * Marketing of “Lasotè” Products
