The aim of the operation “Securisation of the pathways of young people to employment” is to promote the occupational integration of young participants PLIE and ** to prepare them for better employability** by enabling them to gain a better knowledge of the working environment, the integration of the conceptual elements necessary for access to and retention in employment: knowledge and integration of company codes, for better preparation upstream and during. The network of individual and collective support remains the master tool of this operation: This year again this concept of an alliance between the coaching that is done by an individual adviser in the premises of the Local Mission (or decentralised permanence) and the support that is done through the collective mobilisations where one or more speakers intervene on a specific topic has its place. The work carried out in the first allows membership and participation in the second, which in turn are included in the individual interview to verify that the elements have been understood, assimilated, in order to work on implementation. \- Next, we want the PLIE referent, in knowledge of the profiles he accompanies, to orient itself towards companies and meet them to propose profiles of accompanied young people, but also to make these same employers aware of the potential of this low-skilled public. Business prospecting will also make it possible for employers to come to contact young people through meetings, visits, which will help the young public to a good representation of the trades, and of the company (its requirements, its expectations vis-à-vis a candidate and an employee). This survey will also make it possible to set up the “Temps strong jobs” throughout the year, on the sectors concerned by young people.
