The operational programme proposed by the Aubagne La Ciotat Initiative platform for the period 2016 and 2017 aims to promote entrepreneurship, consolidate young activities and support business transfer and takeover. It is structured around 7 chronological and complementary actions. Action 1: Conduct of entrepreneurship awareness-raising and training workshops for jobseekers. Action 2: Organising professionalisation meetings for young managers (under 3 years of activity), as part of their post-creation support. Action 3: Portage of audit actions, training in entrepreneurship and meeting with experts, promoting networking of entrepreneurs. Action 4: Support and financing for the transfer of businesses. Action 5: Promotion of female entrepreneurship in particular. Action No 6: Launch of Operation “Test-Boutique” Action 7: Coordination of the programme and promotion of actions These seven actions make it possible to secure the entire journey of creating or taking over a business, from the project phase to the implementation and development of the activity. These chronological actions also cover the entire life of a company, from the birth of the project to its launch, its growth and its possible transmission. Actions 1 to 6 are operational actions which concern distinct audiences therefore very few beneficiaries of Action 1 or 6 will be in a position during the programme to be covered by Actions 2, 3 or 4. The programme therefore makes it possible to reach both non-employed persons registered in the Pole Emploi (justification of eligibility: proof of registration Pole job) or entrepreneurs with a creation of less than three years (justification of eligibility: Kbis of the company). All beneficiaries of one or more actions of the programme will be informed within a database of business software provided by the National Network Initiative France. All the supporting documents for their eligibility shall be collected throughout the course of the actions either when the participants are registered, or when they are present, or after if the necessary documents were not in their possession. On the attendance sheets signed by the participants, they are asked to enter their job registration number for jobseekers or the date of registration of their company in order to justify an activity of less than three years.
