The establishment of the common working framework of the French Guiana PREFOB 2007-2013 allowed the **adult training workshops** to develop innovative pedagogical practices adapted to the needs of the public. First of all, **the articulation of pedagogical content with major themes related to daily life** seems particularly relevant. This open pedagogical approach is reinforced by the implementation of **variate pedagogical arrangements** (group work, personalised working time, project activities, visits, meetings with stakeholders, etc.). Finally, the implementation of the three schemes (Working and Learning/Knowledge and Cultures/Learning in Rural Areas) enabled training organisations to develop **educational engineering adapted to their environment**: * the Intercultural Centres for Basic Education (CICEB) have established themselves well in the urban environment by helping the audience to gain a better understanding of their environment and to take benchmarks for their integration; * the Basic Workplace Training Units (UFB) have developed close links with the business environment by working with businesses and professional organisations; * the Basic Training and Animation Centres (CFBA) in rural areas have developed an original training approach connected to local development concerns. **All of these practices form a contextualised training engineering that yields results.** Therefore, in this new programming, while adjusting the organisation of training to new constraints and taking steps to improve the weaknesses identified in the evaluation of the previous programme, these training practices are maintained and will be developed.
