The Placement Cell is a support operation for the person that is essentially based on: \- individual support and supported by the Business Relations Officer on job-seeking techniques, company targeting, links on offers \- the prospecting of Enterprises carried out by the Business Relations Officer and the resulting relationship \- the mobilisation of the public residing in the priority neighbourhood of the city policy and in the rural revitalisation area around social and professional skills linked to occupational integration (the young person must, however, have removed the obstacles to the heaviest employment) The support of young people is carried out during the maximum duration of the operation for a placement in a sustainable situation (employment, qualification training... ), i.e. until 31 December 2017 maximum. Entry into the “training” and “employment” situation will be considered as positive exits. “Path management” times take place in a collective way, so that the relationship manager company can expose the progress of each of the accompanied young people, the companies met, the recruitment strategies. These presentations are made in the presence of the youth counsellors (guarantee of information on the progress of the course). Thematic days around alternance allow young people to be brought closer to apprenticeship or professionalisation contracts.
