The community of agglomeration Béthune Bruay Artois Lys Romane is implementing a strategy for the emergence and creation of activities. By virtue of its characteristics both urban and rural and its extent, the aim is to ensure balanced economic development by promoting the creation of activity throughout the territory. In view of the fact that there is a lower rate of creation within the districts of the city contract and access to less developed support arrangements; the aim of this project is generally to facilitate the entrepreneur’s journey in addition to and in connection with the common law provisions. It will consist of: —1/The coordination and animation of the network of actors involved in the support to creation but also of those involved in raising awareness of the spirit of initiatives. —2/Strengthening awareness of the spirit of initiatives for the schooled public and of ante and post-creation support activities of project promoters and creators.
