The training and support scheme for young graduates towards employment (FAJE) offers young graduates BAC+ 3 and more from the South Region, looking for a job in their field of competence, to benefit from support to facilitate their professional integration. This programme includes an initial 8-week training and coaching phase taking place in the regional territory (Marseille, Aix-en-Provence, Nice, Toulon) focused on the determination of the professional project, the acquisition of tools and techniques for job search and the search for a professional mission abroad. This training is followed by a period of 6 months abroad in a company or association for beneficiaries who have managed to negotiate a professional mission.
