The energy renovation operation concerns 72 housing units located in the St-Laurent district of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire, the first social housing district in the municipality with almost 85 % of the city’s social housing (city policy priority district) 4 buildings are concerned: Buildings 21: 4-6 Avenue de la Paix (16 dwellings) Buildings 22: 8-10-12 Avenue de la Paix (24 dwellings) Buildings 23: 14-16-18 Avenue de la Paix (24 dwellings) Buildings 24: 20 avenue de la paix (8 dwellings) The work will cover exterior insulation of buildings, roof sealing, exterior carpentry and lockwork, installation of thermostatic valves on radiators, recovery of heat retardant and simple VMC installation, and electrical supply to VMCs.
