BUSINESS INITIATIVE

The operation we present proposes to act on the strengthening of the quality of our support for business project promoters. It aims to implement measures to support the emergence of projects and the post-creation and consolidation of activities with a view to improving survival rates and developing job creation. Support for recovery is also proposed in our operation. In order to best adapt to the capabilities and availability of creators and entrepreneurs, we would like to propose two types of support which are the subject of this application for two action forms. 1\. Individual accompaniment: Personalised follow-up This action to assist people aims to ** support and follow the project promoter in an individualised and adapted manner, regardless of the level of progress of his/her business project**. In order to be able to best support a person wishing to set up, develop, divest or take over a business, it is necessary to mark certain steps in the implementation of a project. Thus it is on the basis of 3 individual appointments with the project leader that the Business Charge will exercise its support. Recurrent exchanges with the promoter, based on the professional expertise of the Chargé d’affaires, a contractor in office (Parfather) and appointments with experts, make it possible to support the project in a sustainable and shared way. 2\. Collective accompaniment: Collective Workshops The objective is to offer **annual, regular and free **support actions** for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs in operation (from 1 to 3 years)**, in their territory to enable them to: \- advance their project through the acquisition of key and thematic information on business start-ups; \- consolidate their business through a dynamic of learning and continuous exchange around the development of activities and their post-creation structuring. \- break the creator’s isolation by networking with other local entrepreneurs \- develop and consolidate their entrepreneurial network and business portfolio. **3 Collective Support formats** will be offered to support active entrepreneurs where to become, in order to adapt to the economic, administrative and personal realities of entrepreneurs engaged in the scheme. Indeed, not all have the same needs in terms of content, the same pace and availability to advance their project, nor the same socio-professional or family constraints.
