With the adoption in February 2012 of the SDTAN de la Saône-et-Loire, the Department’s action is fully in line with the guidelines laid down by the State and the general code of local authorities (L1425-1). The government’s guidelines were then clarified in particular with the establishment of an investment plan “France Very Broadband”, the terms of which were published on 5 May 2013 with a view to supporting projects enabling everyone to access the THD by 2022. A contract for project management was awarded in order, in particular, to define the engineering of the networks to be built. The infrastructure will be carried out through the award of works contracts. These are studies (preliminary studies, AVP, PRO and EXE) to define the layout of the FTTH network and the tasks related to the works contract (ACT, DET, OPC and AOR).
