BUSINESS INITIATIVE: Let’s do more and better for our territory

_**Do “more and better” for project promoters and young entrepreneurs in our territory:**_ The action presented, proposes to strengthen both the quantity and the quality of our support for the public responsible for a project to create, take over or develop businesses (- of 3 years). The purpose of: increase the survival rate of businesses while enabling everyone to generate their necessary minimum income and develop the creation of sustainable local jobs. Means: develop a service offering that starts by supporting the emergence of projects up to post-creation monitoring that helps consolidate the company. Throughout the action, the Platform will work towards a cross-cutting information and communication policy, project leaders, young entrepreneurs, sponsors and professional partners. **1\. Do “more”: how to do more?****More than 1 in 3 Frenchmen plan to start or take over a business one day... a pool of more than 19 million* entrepreneurs in France and 34 % will be doing so in the next 2 years.** _-Estimating French population: 51 535 753 people aged 18 and over (Insee figures — 1_ _er_ _January 2015)_ The 72 companies labeled in 2016, generated 2.3 jobs per creation, recovery or development project. With regard to the sustainability rate of 86 % to 3 years, the majority of jobs created or taken over will therefore be sustainable. We have been able to create a financial tool and relevant services, but our business must continue to evolve by offering more people the opportunity to consider setting up or taking over a business professionally. Widen our targets for women, young people, seniors, jobseekers, beneficiaries of social minima, public in QPV or ZRR... and be more present from the stage of emergence because they are still too many to abandon or create without a method and therefore they struggle to sustain their business while the dynamics are there. We therefore need to be with them regardless of the profile of the project leader, the sector of activity or the legal form. There are no big or small projects, each project is unique by its promoter and can develop. We accompany the Very Small Business of proximity, it is creative, reactive, pugnacious in the face of the “big economy” but we need to give it the means and support it in order to be able to cope with economic and social challenges and changes. **2\. “Better”: how to do better?** Our service offer to date can be as follows: * Reception, information and guidance * Instruction and validation of the application for funding * Post-creation/retake follow-up In our objective of “better” the proposed support will mix the individual follow-up reinforced by collective actions that allow from their start to integrate into a collaborative dynamic, essential for the target audiences in particular (women, young people, job seekers, beneficiaries of social minima, seniors, QPV, ZRR...) and innovative, especially in form by integrating more networking and digital tools used today. Our offer will be based on * individual interviews (in charge of business, sponsors, appointments of experts) * collective information * thematic workshops * days or half days of training * highlights allowing meetings between companies labeled, partners, elected from our territory. The project that we present to the PON FSE PACA aims to improve the quality of our support for the promoters of projects for the creation, recovery and development of enterprises. It aims to implement measures to support the emergence of projects and the post-creation and consolidation of activities with a view to improving survival rates and developing the creation of sustainable local jobs. In order to best adapt to the capabilities and availability of creators and entrepreneurs, we would like to propose two types of support which are the subject of this application for two action forms. 1. _** Individual accompaniment: personalised follow-up**_ This action to assist people aims to support and follow the project leader in an individualised and appropriate manner, regardless of the level of progress of his/her business project. In order to be able to best support a person wishing to set up, develop, divest or take over a business, it is necessary to mark certain steps in the implementation of a project. Thus it is on the basis of 3 individual appointments with the project leader that the Business Charge will exercise its support. Recurrent exchanges with the wearer, based on the professional expertise of the Chargé d’af
