Nièvre Habitat Public Office Departmental Habitat de la Nièvre is a non-profit organisation affiliated with the HLM movement and whose main activities are construction, rehabilitation, improvement of housing and rental of real estate. The thermal rehabilitation of 36 social housing units — Ilot BINOT — Building D and E in Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire is part of the strategic plan of Nièvre Habitat, and in the first phase of the PRU, with the aim of improving and modernising the existing housing in this neighborhood “Saint Laurent”. the project has two objectives: — to rehabilitate and modernise indoor spaces (higher comfort level, up to standards) — to carry out a high-performance BBC thermal renovation compatible to offer accommodation with an optimised level of rental loads and energy consumption.
