The operation concerns the eco-rehabilitation of 258 housing units located in the Fontaine-d’Ouche district in DIJON. Located to the southwest of the City of Dijon, the Fontaine-d’Ouche district, built in the 1970s, is the most recent of the large settlements in the agglomeration. This district is part of the city contract signed on 6 July 2015. The Ilot Corse is a real estate complex built in 1969 in the heart of the Fontaine d’Ouche district, located at the corner of Boulevard Kir and Avenue du Lac, on the edge of the Canal. It consists of 258 units divided into 3 “long” buildings, a larger “long” building and 2 towers consisting of 12 levels. This heritage has many defects and requires thermal rehabilitation (BBC renovation)
