Support communities in implementing an approach to mastering energy and their built heritage. SICECO is a joint union whose main tasks are to organise the distribution and supply of electricity, gas distribution, and control of energy for the development of renewable energies to the local authorities which are members of the trade union. The SICECO thus covers 680 municipalities, outside Dijon metropolis, out of the 705 of the department of Côte d’Or. The project promoter has developed an energy unit within its technical services, with the aim of providing a sustainable energy management service to its member municipalities and makes available to the latter two shared energy advisors. The shared energy advisory system (CEP) allows to pool the expertise of a specialist advisor within a carrier structure for all target communities that adhere to this structure. As part of this operation, the aim is to support the financing of the renewal of the 2nd CEP post to accompany the municipalities and the communities of municipalities have carried out or are carrying out a pre-diagnostic energy of their built heritage and, for some, have committed themselves to a positive territorial approach.
