SICECO is a joint union whose main tasks are to organise the distribution and supply of electricity, gas distribution, and control of energy for the development of renewable energies to the local authorities which are members of the trade union. The SICECO thus covers 680 municipalities, outside Dijon metropolis, out of the 705 of the department of Côte d’Or. The project promoter has developed an energy unit within its technical services, with the aim of providing a sustainable energy management service to its member municipalities and makes available to the latter two shared energy advisors. The shared energy advisory system (CEP) allows to pool the expertise of a specialist advisor within a carrier structure for all target communities that adhere to this structure. The aim of this operation is to support the financing of a 3 rd CEP post to support 45 municipalities and 2 communities of municipalities out of the 141 communities that have realised or carry out a pre-diagnostic energy of their built heritage and, for some, have committed themselves to a positive territorial approach to energy.
