The operation is a support scheme for young people (from the age of 16) or adults with disabilities, recognised by the Commission on the Rights and Autonomy of Disabled Persons (CDAPH). This initiative is built as an “outside” mechanism that can intervene in the four CFAs of the department in support and in collaboration with existing common law mechanisms. Specifically, the operation consists of actions directed in 2 directions: For the benefit of the public wishing to gain access to employment through apprenticeship: By means of preparatory actions promoting access to learning, through training pathways, in ordinary settings, closest to their home, adapted to their situation and allowing them to obtain a level V degree (CAP) or more, giving access to vocational training. For the benefit of the public already in learning: Through actions relating to educational adaptation and disability compensation, in CFA and in companies.
