This project consists of the energy renovation of social housing in the municipalities of Blainville, Dombasle, Laneuveville, Seichamps, Tomblaine. Meurthe and Moselle Habitat is a public social housing company present on the department of Meurthe and Moselle. It manages more than 13,500 dwellings in nearly 180 municipalities, or 26 % of the department’s HLM park. This section covers 399 units in the municipalities of Blainville, Dombasle, Laneuveville, Seichamps, Tomblaine.
