Energy renovation of 325 social housing lot CENTRE

This operation aims at the energy renovation of 325 homes in Frouard, Champigneulles and Custines (40 dwellings are ineligible due to too little energy gain: Guynemer and Mermoz buildings): Montesquieu, Voltaire, Rousseau, Diderot, Rolland, Eluard, Camus, St Exupery, Blériot, Zola, Voltaire, BAT A de Custines, BAT B de Custines and BAT A Letters of Tassigny de Custines.
