Safety of sections 5 and 6 of the OH6 work on the Chiers

The operation consists of carrying out urgent works to repair sections 5 and 6 of the hydraulic structure 6 on the Chiers in Longwy, at Place Leclerc, with partial unopening. This is phase 1 which is part of the Meuse PAPI-labelled project.
