The project is broken down into several separate actions: 1\. Complete and materialise the mapping of the HR service offer available in Guyana, which was carried out in 2016 as part of the work to develop the action plan for HR support for TPEs; 2\. Organise the referencing of HR service offers to companies in order to feed the documentation: * business support resource centres (including consular chambers); * the “enterprise in French Guiana” portal operated by Guyane development innovation (GDI) — part of the HR portal to be developed by the declination of the HR service offered in Guyana. 3\. Help professionalise the “business” advisors of organisations contributing to the overall service offering in the field of human resources in Guyana to improve awareness and information provided to businesses. 4\. Participate in the networking of institutional and private actors helping to enrich the provision of HR services to TPE-SMEs in Guyana.
