The operation consists of a single action. This project takes the form of strengthening the personalisation of support towards the return to work, in employment or as part of a career transition on the one hand or towards withdrawal from the labour market for those who could make this choice on the other. This intensive support will be implemented by an advisor dedicated to accompaniment of 50 years and over. * The objective of intensive support is to enable jobseekers aged 50 and over, who are unemployed, to analyse their professional and personal skills as well as their skills and motivations in order to define a professional project and, where appropriate, a training project. * Intensive support must help them to rebuild a career project that takes into account their skills and experiences, and to succeed in a career transition by projecting themselves to new employment or business creation opportunities. * Intensive support should also include elements relating to the suitability of the jobseeker’s second part of career project with the needs of the economy or the labour market, taking into account the geographical constraints of the applicant and the socio-economic realities of the territory. * Intensive support may also enable job seekers close to the end of their careers to learn about the arrangements to support exit from the labour market and the working population in order to make an informed choice in the context of service offers shared with third parties: CGSS, CAF, MDPH etc. This intensive support will be mainly individualised, with collective phases and short services and will be limited in time for a maximum of 6 months, The duration can be extended in order to secure the period of integration in the company or in training. This extension may not exceed two months
