This call for projects supports the inclusion of young people in the framework of the future employment scheme through entry and/or job renewal, as well as securing the pathways at the end of the scheme by providing a series of pathways towards sustainable integration. This implementation in the North will be achieved through the implementation of two concrete actions, the first entitled “The employment of young people in the North of Martinique” and the second “Towards sustainable integration for young people leaving the future employment scheme”. **“The employment of young people in the North of Martinique”** includes all the phases that will enable young people to find employment in future jobs will take place in seven phases: 1. Business prospecting 2. Connecting candidates 3. The Future Jobs Commission 4. Administrative management of aid applications for employers 5. Monitoring in employment 6. The ESF file ** “Towards sustainable integration for young people leaving the future employment scheme”** includes operations to accompany young people at the end of their future employment towards a sustainable exit in terms of employment, training or business start-ups after an analysis of their professional project. Five phases have been identified: 1. Inclusion through sustainable employment 2. Integration through training 3. Integration through business start-up 4. Enhanced follow-up over 6 months in Local Mission 5. The appraisal of the ESF file
