Engineering and tools for the emergence of activities of social utility

Within the framework of the specific objective “_Strengthening and pooling practices of creators and purchasers to improve their quality”, this internal operation aims to contribute to improving the readability of the service offering and to develop tools for creators and future project promoters and creative networks. As a continuation of the actions implemented, the project will be structured around the following three actions: * **promoting and equipping the emergence and creation of activities of social utility** The aim of this action is to develop methods and tools for creators and future project promoters (including young people), as well as intermediaries (e.g. accompanying youth networks, funders and in particular regional councils), focusing on the specificities of the creation of social enterprises or sustainable job-creating sectors (e.g. circular economy, ageing economy, collaborative and solidarity economy). It is also a question of networking the mechanisms of emergence in order to promote the exchange of good practices and the pooling of supporting tools and practices: as a continuation of the 2014-2016 programming action, the Advisory will lead the ESS business development community, which brings together all the mechanisms dedicated to this purpose. It will organise meetings and forums for exchange of practices; it will equip and update the directory and mapping of actors to make them more accessible and efficient. * **facilitating and developing the network of Initiative Factory** Initiative factories are mechanisms created under the leadership of the Advisory, which aim to bring social enterprises to emerge by: identification of ideas and opportunities in the territories/opportunity studies to determine the viability of a social enterprise in response to identified needs/detection of a project leader able to launch the creation of the social enterprise/monitoring of the feasibility study. As the network leader, the Advisory now identifies needs for skills development in the network, in order to ensure a precise, stabilised and shared definition of the trade carried out by the factories: capitalising on experiences in the network, setting up common tools and exchanging practices within the network. * **animating and developing the portal avise.org** To improve and increase the readability and accessibility of the support offer of creators and networks of the creation of social enterprises, the Avise has created and hosted a dedicated portal since March 2014. This action focuses on the editorial animation and technical development of the www.avise.org portal, whose mission is to adapt and evolve its content and services as closely as possible to users’ expectations allowing them to: * to learn about the news related to creation in the social and solidarity economy, * to equip yourself through thematic dossiers and the posting of resources, * to focus on dedicated support and financing offers, * to draw inspiration from socially innovative initiatives through a selection of portraits of structures.
