Device for the transmission of rare know-how and excellence — 2018-2019 session

Because some crafts no longer have training courses, but also for the preservation of the specialities of certain professionals or the cultural heritage of companies transferred from generation to generation, the Alsace Federation of Art Crafts has set up a “System for the transmission of rare know-how and excellence”. The project is based on the transmission of know-how through direct teaching, delivered full-time over a renewable year by an art craftsman recognised by FREMAA, in his own workshop. The training begins in September for a renewable one-year period. In addition, and as part of a partnership with the School of Management in Strasbourg, trainees follow a pedagogical programme in the fields of art history, artistic creation, communication, management, marketing, etc. (150h). Applications are selected by the Frémaa steering committee and submitted for validation to a steering committee composed of the partners of the action.
