As part of the priority given to economic development, the Municipality of Porto-Vecchio and the EPCI have a real policy of creating and recharging the economic areas of the territory (ZA, real estate companies, etc.). Today, the aim is to build on smart, inclusive and sustainable growth that promotes social and territorial cohesion and to embed the economic development strategy in an integrated project. The project to support and revitalise entrepreneurship through the Coworking Sud Corse project led by the Commune and led by EPCI is part of this dynamic. Thus, the Commune owns the premises of the San Gabriellu with an area of 555.96 m² and has wished to reassign them to accommodate administrative services (EPCI, Local Mission) but above all to install an economic space in the form of a Coworking on nearly 235.59 m² (including videoconference).
