CAPA wants to design a residential route for businesses. This is why CAPA acquired the Grossetti Caserne in December 2016. It wishes to carry out a functional and energy rehabilitation of the building in order to offer a showcase building up to the expectations of the private sector. This type of energy efficiency operation allows us to act and contribute to the objectives of the Multiannual Energy Programming. The total cost of this operation amounts to just over EUR 6 200 000, while the eligible share for the financing of energy efficiency amounts to EUR 969180.50. Thus renovated the building will reach the level of consumption BBC renovation i.e. energy consumption divided by 4 and less than 95.5 kWh/m²/year. The proposed rehabilitation will meet the main requirements for building improvement (use comfort, reduced energy loads) and achieve the performance required by the BBC Renovation label.
