Within the framework of its powers constantly reaffirmed by the various decentralisation laws, the CoC must participate in lifelong learning. As such, it defines and implements a regional policy for young people and adults seeking employment or new vocational guidance. In order to best organise the exercise of its powers, and adapt to its activities the needs of the various public and the economy of the territories, the Territorial Community of Corsica has: Conducts consultation work with all regional actors (prescribers, professional branches, etc.) -Assess the surveys of trainees’ integration of previous programmes; Follow up the recommendations of the various strategic documents (CPRDFP, scheme of health and social training, etc.). The programming presented here is the result of this work of analysis and consultation, and is constructed with a view to securing the paths to employment, ensuring respect for a balanced development of the territories, and by allowing all job-seeking public access to training or a first level of qualification.
