In order to improve the service provided to users and to affirm the Region’s leading role in the field of vocational training, the Region chose to set up in 2012 for a period of 5 years a regional public service for lifelong learning for jobseekers. It is divided into two segments, segment 1 offers courses ranging from basic knowledge to qualification courses of maximum level V, segment 2 includes training at levels IV and above. The operation presented concerns the qualifying training courses in segment 1 for the period 2016, the realisation of teaching hours. The performance of these training services was entrusted to training organisations in the framework of an SGEI after consultation through a call for applications respecting the principles of transparency, equal treatment and non-discrimination. It must be carried out in compliance with the public service obligations specified in the annual implementing agreements for the purpose of ensuring the quality of service for users. The training covers a wide variety of fields, agricultural/agri-food, industrial, construction-public works, handicrafts, trade, services, health and social services. The host public is seeking employment without a professional qualification or with a qualification not exceeding level V.
