Clermont Auvergne Metropole mobilises the resources necessary for territorial animation, the coordination of pathways and the animation of the PLIE system in conjunction with all the other partners in the integration and employment of the territory. The animation team has multiple missions, including: * formalises the proposals for the steering committee and ensures the implementation of the decisions of the steering committee, * ensures the overall animation of the system, * informs the steering committee of the problems encountered by operators in order to guide the action of the PLIE to the best extent possible, * develops procedures to monitor the achievement of the objectives of the PLIE, * provides a function of monitoring the paths (management of partners, coordination of path operators, management of exits), * ensures administrative management, in particular within the framework of the “ViEsion” database, * liaises with all the local stakeholders concerned * ensures the implementation and management of integration pathways for those most remote from employment, in particular through enhanced and individualised support, * ensures coordination and coherence at local level of public interventions for the public targeted by the plan, * carries out the engineering and implementation of projects contributing in particular to strengthening integration through economic activity and training. * develops links with businesses and economic decision-makers to facilitate access to sustainable employment for those most in difficulty, * analyses the dynamics of the paths of PLIE participants. This ESF operation is a continuation of the 2014 animation operation co-financed by the ESF on the European programming 2007/2013. Operation 2014 has not been the subject of an irregularity to date and the service check carried out has concluded that the procedure for implementing the operation has been complied with.
