The project to develop public spaces in the Malakoff Centre sector, led by Nantes Métropole, aims to unlock, energise and improve the living environment of the priority neighbourhood. It is part of the continuity of the developments on Malakoff Amont already completed. The developments at Malakoff centre constitute a physical revitalisation operation and thus meet the challenges of opening the neighborhood and social mix. The project supported by an ERDF grant of EUR 534 611.96 thus meets the objectives of the ERDF 2014-2020 programme.
