The project to develop the public spaces of Malakoff aval, led by Nantes Métropole, consists of reprocessing 14.400 m² of public spaces and aims to optimise the parking area on the former right-of-way of the Boulevard de l’Europe, to improve the northern service of the linear boulevard of Czechoslovakia, to accompany residents at the foot of this linear line and the tower of Madrid, to create a garden and to constitute a building island with a tertiary vocation at the corner of the boulevard de Sarrebruck and the street of Madrid. This project aims to reintroduce the Malakoff site in the dynamics of the city, increasing the attractiveness of public spaces and opening the area to the city, by hanging it up in the Pré Gauchet district.
