The project for the clean-up-reconversion of the Quai Saint Serge site in Angers, carried out by the SPL ATER PUBLIC, concerns the carrying out of work to clean up the soil by removing the waste materials into treatment and filling lines with healthy materials in order to make the site suitable for hosting new activities. It aims to regain unused spaces at the heart of an urbanised sector in order to limit urban sprawl to the periphery of the Angevin agglomeration and thus reduce greenhouse gas emissions related to travel.
