For several years, the PLIE de Clermont Auvergne Métropole has developed social clauses in public procurement. To date, close to 25 public contractors are associated with the one-stop shop “Cellule Emploi Grands Chantiers”. The purpose of this contract is to retain a social clause facilitator. The facilitator selected by this contract will not be required to assist the contracting authorities in the registration of social clauses. This mission is carried out internally in Clermont Auvergne Métropole. It will only take place after notification of the contracts. Within the Employment Unit Grands Chantiers (CEGC) of the Clermont Auvergne Métropole PLIE, under the coordination of the Head of Service Supporting Employment, the facilitator’s main tasks are to implement, together with the companies awarded social clauses contracts, the schemes for employment and integration and to support those in difficulty. The function of “facilitator of social clauses in public procurement” is the subject of a national employment and competence framework, carried out by Alliance Villes Emploi and available at the following address: _http://www.ville-emploi.asso.fr/referentiel-demploi-et-de-competences-des- facilitators-of-clauses-social-in-the-command-public/_
